Description
Door Frame Made of steel plate (Hot Rolled Steel Plate) 2,0 mm thickness.
Leaf doors
– Made of steel plate (Cold Rolled Steel Sheet) 1,6 mm thickness.
– The door leaf is 55 mm thickness, filled with 120 kg/m3 density of rock wool/mineral wool insulation.
– For a double door construction, the door leaf completed with astragal which made by steel plate.
– Completed with 2 security pin on door leaf.
Painting Process
Steel plate was coated with phospate for rust prevention and painted with epoxy primary coat.
